1. A submission is a request
Submitting the online form is a booking request. It is not automatic acceptance of the work or of the date you selected.
2. Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after confirmation from Harbour Move Malta.
3. Accurate details
You must provide accurate pickup, destination, access and item details. The review and the quotation are based on the information you give us.
4. Changes after a booking is made
Material changes may require the booking to be reviewed again.
5. Pricing and payment
Pricing and payment terms are provided with the confirmed quotation.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund specifics are not published on this page. Final legal review required before public launch.
7. Unusual, oversized or restricted items
You should disclose unusual, oversized or restricted items before confirmation so the move can be assessed properly.
